About to head off to the Peaks, so only enough time for a food update…

Food/Exercise Corner

A fairly balanced day, really. Ish.

Thursday
10:00   Tea (strong, white, 1/8 spoon sugar)
10:30   Herta salami snack - bit like a Pepperami, but bigger
11:00   Water, mug of
12:50   Minced beef and onion pie
13:00   Brie, bacon and lettuce in a floury bap
14:00   Tea
15:30   Tea
17:00   Tea
18:20   Small bowl of leftover mustard chicken curry, spinach and rice
18:40   2hrs of hockey
21:50   Pint of cold water
21:00   Pint of Old Peculier (strong dark ale)
22:40   Full portion of leftover mustard chicken curry, spinach and rice
23:30   Glass-and-a-half of rosé
